Vendor Applications

New Fiber & Craft Vendor Application:

Lambtown Festival is a juried event, and we work hard to assemble a high-quality and vibrant mix of vendors and products each year! Aside from vendors who make and sell a delicious variety of yarn and fiber, we also look for vendors who create: soap and skin care for fiber artists, potters who support fiber artists, finished goods makers, tool and craft supply vendors, knit and crochet pattern designers, sheep meat and cheese producers, and many more! Returning vendors from last year are automatically accepted for the same size booth and prices remain the same through December 1st. Be sure to fill out this agreement form before March 31st to ensure your spot. After that, we will start accepting new vendors to fill any empty spaces.

Apply here if you are a new vendor or returning after a break. We will start sending acceptance letters in April. Up to mid-September, don’t hesitate to apply as we’ve occasionally had a last-minute opening.

Non-Profit Vendor & Guild Application:

We welcome non-profit organizations and guilds who support Lambtown Festival’s mission statement, and provide no-charge booths with limitations on selling. Non-profits can apply here.

Food Vendor Application:

Of course we celebrate all things lamb and every year have a variety of vendors with wonderful lamb dishes! We also want to support our attendees who have a variety of diets, which includes having vegan and gluten-free options. If your fare is more specialized or of the dessert variety, we’d still love to have you and any sheep-shaped or sheep-themed delicacies! We welcome all culinary styles. Food vendors can apply here.

Music & Band Application:

California’s largest sheep and wool show features live music on an outdoor stage both Saturday and Sunday. We like lively music that’s fun for listeners of all ages. Musical acts can apply here.
