Bus Goodie Bag Vendor Donation Form

Put your product and name in the hands of Lambtown Festival attendees by providing samples for goodie bags distributed on one of the busses heading to the festival. Each Wool on Wheels bus brings an influx of shoppers to the festival on Sunday, and riders will open their bags and chat about the contents on the way to the festival. Contributing to the goodie bag will help customers with buying decisions and prompt interaction during the festival, and you will be listed as a sponsor. For our 2026 festival, we are running three buses for at total of up to 168 riders, but you can send as few as 25 samples – full details at https://www.lambtown.org/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/2026-lambtown-festival-bus-goodie-bag-sponsor-details.pdf Please sign up by August 31st if possible, and be sure to ship your samples by September 10th. Please avoid scented or bulky items. Samples should be indicative of your product specialty, not just logo swag. You may include logo swag in addition to your sample. Each individual sample must include descriptive information and your contact info, similar to what you would include with a full-size item. You may include a coupon or other incentive to visit your booth or your website in addition to your sample. Any additional items (business card, coupon, logo swag) that you choose to include must be attached to the sample or placed inside a bag/envelope with the sample to ensure they stay together.

Samples must be shipped by this date to ensure our volunteers have time to assemble the goodie bags. Ship to: Lambtown Festival, c/o Kira K Designs, 484 Lake Park Ave #649, Oakland, CA 94610. We suggest you use tracking to ensure your package has arrived. Any samples that are shipped late or are left over will be distributed in prize baskets for competitions or teacher goodie bags, to ensure all of your samples get into the hands of prospective customers during the festival.
