The Dixon May Fair is the oldest district fair and fairgrounds in the state of California. Supporting the communities of Dixon, Vacaville, Fairfield, Rio Vista, Elmira, Woodland and Davis, the Dixon May Fair offers the best of community and agriculture related activities throughout the year. The fairgrounds have been the home of Lambtown Festival for more than twenty years.

Location and Directions

The fairgrounds are located at 655 S. First Street in Dixon, California, 95620.

From the Bay Area via Interstate 80 East: Take Exit 60 – Midway Road. Continue on Midway for approximately 4 miles. Turn left at CA 113-North/S. First Street. After 1.5 miles, the fairgrounds will be on the right, parking lot on the left.

From Sacramento via Interstate 80 West: Take exit 66A for CA 113S toward Dixon/Currey Road. Take 113-South/N. First Street. After 2.5 miles, the fairgrounds will be on the left, parking lot on the right.

Parking

Free parking is located directly across the street from the fairgrounds. There is a limited amount of Accessible parking at the front of the lot, closest to the main entrance to the festival. Students, teachers, and volunteers can park in B Lot, next to the classroom buildings and volunteer lounge, using a special B Gate ticket – no other entry through that gate. Additional street parking is located on Hall Park Drive to the East of the fairgrounds, accessed via East Chestnut Street.

ATM

There is an ATM on site – just inside the main entrance – but it often runs empty before the festival is over. Most of our vendors accept cards but appreciate cash. We accept both cash and cards for admission and festival merchandise.

Water Bottle Refill Station

Thanks to our partner Recology, we have three Water Bottle Refill Stations on site. Locations are marked on the Fairgrounds Map.
