You’ll finish the rim with a neat lashed edge, then add decorative chevrons to bring movement and texture to your design. Each step will be demonstrated with time to weave, ask questions, and receive feedback. This project will not be completed within the class but will equip you with the skills to finish confidently at home. Brittany is a textile enthusiast and a project addict. She began her basket weaving and fiber arts journey at age ten and has been trekking that road ever since. Her room looked more like a supplies shop than a bedroom, and today her home studio reflects the same ever-growing collection of materials and tools. Brittany is on a mission to make fiber arts and crafting accessible and easy to dive into. Her brand Textile Indie is a website, membership program, and YouTube channel teaching and inspiring folks to explore fiber and traditional crafts.
