Camping Information

Stay close to the action with Tent and RV Camping at Lambtown Festival! All camping reservations must be made here through the Lambtown Festival website prior to the festival. Please read below for more information, as many changes have been made to ensure the safety and security of all campers and festival attendees.
Tent camping fees:
$45 per night per tent, double occupancy
Additional adults are $15 each, children 13 and under are free
Fees include daily admission to the festival and on-site parking for one vehicle
RV camping fees:
$70 per night per RV, double occupancy
Additional adults are $15 each, children 13 and under are free
Sites are first come, first served. All RV sites include water and electricity; most also include sewer.

Regulations for all campers:
- All campers will receive wristbands when checking in. Please wear your wristband at all times for the duration of the Festival as it allows our security crew to quickly identify you as a camper. Anyone on the fairgrounds after curfew not wearing a wristband will be asked to leave the fairgrounds. Anyone found in the tent or RV camping areas - at any time - not wearing a camping wristband - or accompanied by someone wearing a camping wristband - will be asked to leave the fairgrounds.
- Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.
- Curfew hours are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. During curfew hours, the gates to the fairgrounds will be closed to all vehicle and foot traffic other than security and emergency personnel.
- Only the restrooms nearest the arena (the closest restrooms to both tent and RV camping areas) will be kept open during curfew hours. These restrooms do not have showers, so please plan according. Restrooms with showers are located near the barns and will be open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Please pick up your camping registration packet as soon as you arrive as it will contain your wristbands, parking passes, and tent and RV camping placards. The campground host will make frequent passes through the parking lot, tent and RV camping areas to make sure all campers and their vehicles are registered.
- Additional overnight parking is available for $20 per night. There is no overnight parking in the parking lot across the street from the fairgrounds.
- No open fires, fire pits, or wood or charcoal barbecues are permitted. Only gas barbecues may be used on the fairgrounds.
- No alcohol, pets, or weapons are allowed in the tent or RV camping areas.
Additional tent camping regulations:
- Maximum tent stake length is ten inches.
Additional RV camping regulations:
- Driver and RV require proof of current license & insurance.
- RVs must have properly functioning holding tanks and flex waste disposal lines.
- RVs must be clean and have fully operational windows & doors (including locks). Electrical systems must be safe and well maintained. Modifying electrical outlets is not allowed.
- Vehicle maintenance is not allowed on the fairgrounds.
- All RVs staying overnight on the fairgrounds will be assessed a fee regardless of hook-ups.
